What we collect

We only collect what you send us. From a brief: your name, company, email and what you are trying to make people notice. From a creator or Studio. collaborator registration: your contact details, location, links, the work you do, audience or capability information, availability and — only if you choose to share it — your rates.

We never ask for passwords, one-time codes or social media login credentials. Please do not send them to us.

Why we hold it

Briefs are used to reply to you and to prepare creative work. Creator and collaborator registrations are held in an internal database so we can consider you for professional opportunities and relevant campaigns or projects.

Who sees it

Our team. Where a campaign or project is genuinely relevant to you, details from your profile — such as your name, links, sample work and the services you offer — may be shared with the client or agency considering it. We do not publish a public creator directory or talent marketplace, and we do not sell your information.

How long

We keep registrations while they are useful for matching you to work. Rates and audience figures are treated as information that changes, not as fixed terms. You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time.

Your choices

Write to hello@unpublicity.com to see, correct or remove what we hold about you. We act on removal requests promptly.
